the girl behind the chair
rooted & wild, just like me
My love for the beauty industry started around 10 years old, flipping through the Seventeen and Cosmopolitan magazines my grandma would send me. I was obsessed with the styles, hair, makeup, products, and of course, all the stories women shared.
By high school, I was that friend doing everyone’s hair and makeup and spending countless hours backstage in theatre. But what I loved most was watching someone light up with confidence when I was finished. That’s when I knew I had found my passion.
In 2010, I graduated from beauty school and not before long, I found my home at Studio 5 Glam Co., where I spent the next 15 years developing my artistry, and becoming the stylist I had always dreamed of being.

I’m a line dancing, dive bar hopping, boutique shopping, cocktail sipping kind of girl. I love fine dining just as much as I love Subway... because balance. I’m rooted in my passions, the people I love, and empowering others to feel confident. I'm just wild enough to choose spontaneity, love over fear, and probably another Sugar Free Red Bull.
