Arriving for your appointment

Your appointment has been thoughtfully reserved just for you, so I kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

When you arrive, please use the Blume Studios entrance and buzz Suite #113. I'll let you into the building as soon as I'm available. You may be invited to come directly back to my suite, or I may ask you to wait comfortably in the lobby or your car until I'm ready. New guests will always be greeted personally in the lobby before we begin.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to stay on time for the remainder of the day's schedule. If your appointment cannot be completed because of a late arrival, you will be responsible for the full value of the reserved service
